So Fresh and So Clean...Wait, WHAT! It's Laundry Day Again!

I’m in the bathroom, drying myself off after having a shower and I look over my shoulder to notice a ‘Mount Everest’ pile of dirty clothes in a laundry bag that needs to be washed. I swear to goodness I just did a huge load of laundry on Saturday and today is only Wednesday. It never ends in this household of six. Sometimes I wish my life could be like the 80s cartoon, “The Jetsons” where I’d have some kind of technological and systematic machine that would sort and put clothes into the washing machine to then have them washed. Then, once done, the clothes would go straight into the dryer to then get pressed, folded and put away. Oh, how that would be a wonderful thing for me, but unfortunately what I truly thought would happen in the 21st century as a little 80s girl watching this iconic and futuristic cartoon, sadly for me, hasn’t happened. Maybe one day, but for now I must attend to my parental duties, muster up the energy and get this gigantic load of laundry done before my family and I run out of clothes to wear.
